I am in the portion of the story where Lilly and Rosaleen have now arrived at their destination and are meeting the ladies that have taken them in from their long journey.  My favorite part of the book this week has been in chapter five where May, one of the sisters of the women who took them in, has taught Lilly the "honey song". 

Since I saw the movie before, I use the characters in the movie and place them with the characters in the book.  I can imagine May, who has some mental challenges from trauma, singing with Lilly and how calming this song was for May.  It seems that this song is sung throughout the whole family throughout the book.
